Science Cycling Center is a high-performance space for cyclists and triathletes, specialized in training and applied biomechanics. We combine physiological testing, data analysis and field experience to optimize your position, training load and health, so you can produce more watts for longer, with fewer injuries and greater control.
We work from early development to elite level, with specific programs for young cyclists, a dedicated women’s training line, and talent identification and development projects. The center is led by Martí Cerdà, a coach and bike fitter with extensive experience in competitive and high-performance cycling, who adapts every training plan to the reality of each athlete: age, level, goals, available time and environment.
What we do:
• Complete bike-fitting and biomechanics studies to find your optimal position, reduce discomfort and improve pedalling efficiency.
• Personalized training planning with load control (power, TSS, volume and intensity) and continuous monitoring using professional platforms.
• Long-term development programs for youth riders, adapted to growth stages, biological maturation and academic/sport load.
• Specific training for women, considering the menstrual cycle, life-stage changes and women’s health factors in sport.
• Talent ID and monitoring projects for clubs and federations, with physical, technical and maturation assessment to guide sporting pathways.
• Training adapted to each athlete’s reality: work and family agenda, stress level, time availability and training terrain.
• Advice on sports nutrition and race strategy, to optimize fueling, hydration and pacing in training, races and major challenges.
